What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a method of observing the stories of the mind to unravel patterns, become aware of what you desire, and live more fully into who you want to be.

What is Human Design?

It's yummy voodoo magic!...Seriously though, it's simply a tool to gain greater self awareness and help us recognize our innate power and authority. It's a reminder of our gifts and a guidepost toward alignment when we feel stuck.

Why twelve weeks?

After coaching others and being coached myself, I fully believe that 12 weeks is an optimal amount of time to learn tools, get to know yourself, implement practices, and struggle enough to move the needle. ;)

Do you have payment plans?

Yes! You can pay in full for the program or pay monthly at the beginning of each four week block.

Can I do a shorter program?

As of now, I'm offering a 12 week program. After completion of that 12 week program, there are options to continue with 1:1 coaching on a more individualized bases. Trust me, you'll want more!

Do you have a guarantee?

I guarantee you will see yourself and the world through a different lens. I mean, once you take the red pill.... Coaching is predicated on an individual's commitment to doing the work. I give you the tools as your empowered guide. You create the alchemy!
